PCB Assembly Services

Our process begings with the PCB Gerber files and an approved Bill of Materials (BoM). We rigorously

check through all of the information provided for quality and coherence, ensuring any discrepencies are

brought to your attention before the build begins. Gerber files and an approved BoM allow for us to

access the entire design of the PCB, layer by layer. Once we have recieved this, we can start your PCB

assembly service. 

You can provide us with components, or you can leave the component sourcing to us! We source from an

established chain of first class suppliers, which often means a lower cost per component and less fuss for you.

All PCBs are assembled in accordance with IPC-A-610 Class 3 standards.

• High speed screen printing and SPI (Solder Paste Inspection)
• Pick and place machine
• Pre-solder inspection
• High-power convection reflow oven, with five zones top and bottom

Inspection

Our team are dedicated to assembling only the highest quality of boards. All stages of the manufacturing processes are checked and released stage by stage to ensure pinpoint precision during each step of the way.

It is of the upmost importance that all our PCB's meet IPC-A-610 Class 3 Standard and so we use our AOI, alongside having fantastic optical inspection systems including image capture software to detect any imperfections before completion.

Once the full inspection has been completed, our team can fully or partially test the product if required.
